Construction Works Should Be Performed To The Extent Specified In The Bills Of Quantities For Stage 2 Of The Works In Accordance With The Provided Design Documentation, Relevant Legal Provisions And The Contract Template.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of Partition Walls, Installation Of Internal Joinery And Suspended Ceilings, 2) Insulation Of External Walls And Facades, 3) Construction Of Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Hot Water, Electrical, It And Monitoring Installations In The New Part Of The Building 4) Adaptation Of The Existing Part Of The Workshop Building To The Extended Part, 5) Finishing Works Inside The Building - Plastering, Floors, Painting And Execution Of Bathrooms (Tiles And White Assembly),6) Works Related To The Development Of The Area: Hardening The Surface, Laying Paving Stones, Arranging The Green Area,7) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities For Stage 2 Constituting Annex No. 11 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
