Tenders Are Invited For Adaptation Of The Village Community Center In Podrzewo To Create A Place For Integration And Free Time Management Of Village Residents

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works And The Delivery And Installation Of Appropriate Equipment As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Adaptation Of The Village Community Center In Podrzewie To Create A Place For Integration And Use Of Free Time Of Village Residents. For The Implementation Of The Order In Question, The Ordering Party Received Funding From The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Greater Poland Program 2021-2027, Priority 08 Community-Led Local Development (Erdf), Measure 08.01 Supporting Development Programmed In Local Development Strategies (Clld). The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Works By: Replacing The Entrance Door To The Hall With Internal 2-Leaf Semi-Full Doors, Constructing A Suspended Ceiling Filled With Mineral Fiber Boards, Applying Gypsum Plasters On The Walls, Painting The Walls With Scrubbing-Resistant Paints, Sanding And Varnishing The Floor; 2) Carrying Out Works On Sanitary Installations By: Modifying The Heating Installation, Including Replacing Pipelines And Hiding Them In Grooves, And Replacing Radiators; 3) Delivery And Installation Of 2 Sets Of Air Conditioners With A Cooling Capacity Of Min. 7 Kw;4) Renovation Of Electrical Installations By: Installation Of New Led Luminaires In The Suspended Ceiling, Installation Of Power Supply For Equipment And Air Conditioners, Reconstruction Of The Electrical Switchboard;5) Renovation Of The Buildings Facade By: Washing And Cleaning The Facade, Painting The Facade, Removing The Existing Plinth, Making A New Plinth With Mosaic Plaster;6) Equipment Through: Delivery And Installation Of A Ceiling Lift For The Projector, Delivery And Installation Of An Automatic Projection Screen, Delivery And Commissioning Of The Projector And Laptop, Delivery And Installation Of Cassette Window Blinds, Delivery Of 10 Pcs. Of Conference Tables With Dimensions 2000/1000/740, Delivery Of 30 Pcs. Of Conference Chairs Without Armrests With Microplush Upholstery.2. The Ordering Party Presents The Subject Of The Order Using This Swz, And In Particular The Tender Documentation Recorded In: Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Tender Documentation, Which Consists Of The Following Files/Folders: I. Stwiorb – Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (General Requirements; Plasters, Wall Cladding And Painting) For The Task Entitled Adaptation Of The Village Community Center In Podrzewie To Create A Place For Integration And Use Of Free Time Of Village Residents;  Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract; - Which Should Be Considered Together.
