Description Of The Minimum Technical Parameters And Other Properties Of The Equipment Required By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Section 1 Above, As Well As The Type Of Devices, Components And Accessories (Equipment) Constituting The Equipment As Above (So-Called Technical And Scope Description Of The Delivery Item) - Is Provided In Appendix No. 2 Of The Swz. 3. Whenever The Further Provisions Of This Tor Refer To Equipment Or Device Without Further Specification - It Should Be Understood As The Entire Subject Of Delivery From This Order (All Devices And Other Equipment) - In Accordance With The Description Of The Requirements For It Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Tor. In The Case And To The Extent That In The Swz Annex Referred To In Section 2 Above, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated, Such Indication Does Not Bind Other Contractors. They Should Be Treated As Sample Proposals, Intended Only To Determine The Desired Standard Of Workmanship And To Determine The Properties And Technical And Operational Requirements Assumed For A Given Type Of Solution.4.
