The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In The Town Of Hłudno - Stage Ii - Length Approx. 10 Km. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance And Development Of The Following Activities And Documents: 1) Obtaining A Copy Of The Land Registry Map; 2) Obtaining An Extract From The Land Register; 3) Concluding Civil And Legal Contracts With The Owners Of Real Estate Covered By The Scope Of The Study; 4) Preparing A Design For The Route Of The Sanitary Sewage System On Plots With Connections; 5) Preparation Of Materials For Issuing A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment; 6) Preparation Of An Information Card With Annexes To The Environmental Decision; 7) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes; 8) Preparation Of Geological Documentation; 9) Preparation Of A Water Legal Report; 10) Preparation Of A Tree Inventory; 11) Preparation Of A Construction Design And Technical Design For The Sewage Network; 12) Preparation Of A Project Construction And Technical Design For The Planned Pumping Stations In The Above-Mentioned Sewage Network; 13) Preparation Of Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, As Well As Their Updates Before The Announcement Of The Public Procurement Procedure For The Implementation Of The Investment Project And Future Support Of The Ordering Party In Responding To Any Inquiries From Contractors Regarding The Content Of The Design Study Covered By The Subject Of This Order; 14) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Final Submission Of The Application To The Architectural And Construction Authority In Order To Obtain A Building Permit; 15) Preparing The Designers Statement; 16) Preparing And Delivering An Electronic Version Of The Documentation On An Electronic Medium; Together With The Order Documentation, The Ordering Party Provides Illustrative Conceptual Drawings Currently Being Developed For The Investment Project Entitled Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In The Town Of Hłudno - Stage I And Conceptual Drawings (Site Plans) Taking Into Account The Area Covered By The Proceedings In Question.
