The Multi-Purpose Sports Field Is To Be Designed On The Geodetic Plot No. 166 In The Town Of Czarlin, Located In Accordance With The Illustrative Development Area (Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz). 1.1 Existing Conditionthe Plot Covered By This Investment Is Located In Czarlin. Its Owner Is The Tczew Commune, While The Property Was Put Under Permanent Management By The Education And Upbringing Complex In Swarożyn, Based In Swarożyn. The Neighboring Plots No. 158/2, 165/13, 167 And 176/2 Are Owned By The Tczew Commune. Plots No. 165/10, 165/14, 165/3, 168/1 And 168/2 Are Owned By Other Entities. The Area Covered By The Study Is Partially Fenced. The Property Is Occupied By, Among Others: Green Areas, Grass Pitch, Kindergarten Building, Hardening, Playground, Bushes And Trees. The Investment Area Includes, Among Others: Football Goals, Lighting Poles, Fencing And Elements Of Small Architecture. The Maps Show, Among Others: Water Supply, Electricity And Sewage Pipes. There Has Been No Local Development Plan Adopted For The Property That Is The Subject Of The Investment. The Building On Plot No. 166 (Ul. Szkolna 13) Was Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. Part Of The Plot Is Agricultural Land Class Riiib, And Part - Bi. 1.2.
