1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 630 New Water Meters For Cold Water And 630 Radio Modules For A Remote Water Meter Reading System.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Quantity, And Minimum Requirements That The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Where The Subject Of The Order Should Be: 1) Brand New, 2) Unused, 3) Not Regenerated, 4) Complete, 5) Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. Products That Have Been Subject To The Renewal Procedure (So-Called Refurbished) Cannot Be Accepted, Even If The Renewal Procedure Was Carried Out By The Manufacturer, Undamaged And Not Encumbered By Third Party Rights.
