Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route In The Towns Of Kikoły And Nowe Orzechowo
1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route Along National Road No. 62 In The Towns Of Kikoły And Nowe Orzechowo, Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection From The Architectural And Construction Administration Body. This Project Includes The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route With Exits And Drainage On The Section Of National Road No. 62 In Kikoły And Nowe Orzechowo From Km 201+595 To Km 203+095. If It Is Not Possible To Design The Construction Within The Existing Road, A Geodetic Division Map Should Be Prepared In 6 Copies And Obtained Its Approval, The Number Of Plots To Be Divided According To The Developed Design Concept, And Then A Final Zrid Decision Must Be Obtained On Behalf Of The Manager Of National Road No. 62 On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads Of April 10, 2003.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
