The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Respite Care Services As Part Of A Day Stay In The Place Of Residence Of A Person With A Disability, I.E. Direct Care For A Child Or Adult Whose Disability Is Related To A Wide Range Of Health Problems Leading To A Significant Limitation Of Independence, Residing In The Rawicz Commune (Beneficiary), For The Duration Of The Absence Of Family Members Or Guardians Under The Care Program Of The Ministry Of Family And Social Policy Respite For Local Government Units - 2026 Edition, Implemented Under The Solidarity Fund. Respite Care Should Be Understood As Ad Hoc, Temporary Support For Family Members Or Caregivers Providing Direct Care, In The Nature Of Respite Care Services, I.E. Relief From Everyday Duties Associated With Caring For A Person With A Disability By Providing Temporary Replacement In This Area. Thanks To This Support, People Involved In Caring For A Person With A Disability On A Daily Basis Will Have Time That They Can Devote To Rest And Regeneration, As Well As To Take Care Of Necessary Life Matters. Respite Care Services May Also Be Used To Temporarily Meet The Needs Of A Person With A Disability In A Situation When Family Members Or Guardians Are Unable To Perform Their Duties For Various Reasons. The Respite Care Service Should Be Provided While Maintaining The Subjectivity Of Disabled People And Their Independence. The Service Will Be Provided Each Time At The Place Of Residence/Stay Of A Disabled Person, Including Children, In The Rawicz Commune (Detailed Data Will Be Provided After Accepting The List Of Participants), Every Day Of The Week, From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. Provision Of Services On Days And Hours Agreed Between The Beneficiary And The Contractor, Provided That The Maximum Duration Of Uninterrupted Provision Of Respite Care Services Is 12 Hours For One Person With A Disability. The Limit Of Respite Care Services Per Participant Is No More Than 240 Hours. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Respite Care Services Under The Order Is: 4,311 (1 Hour = 60 Minutes), Including: A) 3,750 Hours For Family Members Or Guardians Providing Direct Care For Persons With A Significant Degree Of Disability, B) 561 Hours For Family Members Or Guardians Providing Direct Care For Children With A Certificate About Disability. The Expected Number Of People To Whom Services Will Be Provided Under The Order Is: 28 People, Including: A) 25 People With A Certificate Of Severe Disability, B) 3 Children With A Certificate Of Disability. The Ordering Party Explains That The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Should Be Understood Only As The Actual Time Of Providing Services Without Preparatory Activities, I.E. Excluding The Time Needed To Walk Or Travel. At The Same Time, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Reimbursement Of Travel Costs To And From The Place Of Service, As Well As Other Costs Incurred During The Provision Of The Service.
