3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Snow Removal On The Roads Of The Suwałki Commune In The 2025/2026 Season (Without Combating Winter Slipperiness) - Next Procedure - North-Eastern And South-Eastern Parts Of The Suwałki Commune. 3.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Services Related To Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The Suwałki Commune, Consisting Of Clearing Snow From Roads, Removing Snow And Slush, Maintaining Road Passability, On All Days Of The Week, Regardless Of The Time Of Day And Depending On Weather Conditions.3.3. The Above Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 5 Parts (5 Tasks): 3.3.1. Task 1 Includes Snow Removal, Removal Of Snow And Slush On The Roads: 1) Szwajcaria - Osinki; 2) Okuniowiec - Osinki (Through The Forest); 3) Through The Village Of Okuniowiec; 4) Okuniowiec - Huta; 5) Mała Huta (New Housing Estate), Internal Roads Of Mała Huta. Task 1 Covers Approx. 29 Km Of Roads. Estimated Number Of Services: 174 Km. 3.4. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Eliminate Or Reduce Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Factors Such As Winter Slipperiness, Black Ice, Snowfall, Snowstorms And Blizzards. 3.5. The Estimated Number Of Km Of Services Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Individual Tasks Is A Forecast Amount And Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From Weather Conditions. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order In The Event Of Favorable Weather Conditions.3.6. The Size Of The Order Will Depend On The Prevailing Weather Conditions. The Remuneration For The Service Will Be Remuneration For The Kilometers Actually Traveled. 3.7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Be On Duty During The Term Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Receive Due Remuneration For Providing Readiness To Conduct Winter Road Maintenance. The Remuneration Will Be The Amount Of The Contractors Monthly Remuneration In Accordance With The Rate Declared In The Offer Form For Readiness To Conduct Winter Road Maintenance, Expressed As A % Of The Gross Offer Price. Remuneration For Readiness To Carry Out Winter Road Maintenance Will Be Due Separately For Each Task If No Winter Road Maintenance Campaign Is Carried Out In A Given Full Month. The Remuneration For Readiness Will Be Settled Individually For Each Task. The Remuneration Rate Referred To Above Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 3.8. In The Case Of The Subject Of The Order For Tasks 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, The Minimum Snow Clearance Width Is From 4.0 Meters To 6.0 Meters (In The Case Of A Wider Road) And Passing Bays Are At A Distance Of Not Less Than 300 Meters From Each Other And In Blown Areas To Widen The Snow Clearance. If It Is Found That The Requirements Specified Above Are Not Met, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Pay The Invoice Covering The Inspected Part Of The Service Provided.
