The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Comprehensive Development And Implementation Of The Information Security Management System (Isms), In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pn-En Iso/Iec 27001:2023 Standard, The Requirements Of The National Interoperability Framework (Kri) And The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System Ksc (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1077), Including Implementation Of The Necessary Solutions Resulting From The Nis2 Directive In The Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office In Wrocław And In 3 Subordinate Units, I.E. The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments, The Provincial Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection And The Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, As Part Of The Project Indicated In Point 1 Of This Chapter, Preceded By A Detailed Analysis Of The Existing Situation - A Preliminary Audit - Performed Separately In Each Unit. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Two Stages, Where The First Stage Involves A Detailed Preliminary Audit In The Units And The Presentation Of The Isms Concept For The Ordering Partys Approval As Conclusions From The Analysis, And The Second Stage Includes The Comprehensive Development And Implementation Of The Isms Together With A Training Package. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Implement A Separate And Fully Individualized Isms Dedicated To Each Of The 4 Above-Mentioned. Units.
