Tenders Are Invited For Trade Fair Organization Service

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of A Two-Day Hand-Made Fair At A Facility In The City Of Łódź. The Contractor Will, In Particular, Be Responsible For Ensuring: A. Fair Space (Stands) For At Least 20 Exhibitors, 3 Stands For Hand-Made Workshops, 4 Stands For Experts, Catering Space, Warehouse Space And A Reception Point/Fair Office, B. Recruitment Of Exhibitors And Craftsmen, C. Accommodation Base, D. Catering Services, E. Sound System And Technical Support For The Event, F. Sign Language Interpreter, G. Cloakroom Staff, H. Cleaning Services Including Garbage Collection, I. Moderator Of The Fair, J. Qualified Security Staff, K. Occupational Health And Safety Coordinator, L. Promotional Materials, Including Fair Materials For Exhibitors And Fair Organizers, N. Organization Of The Competition, O. Event Promotion, P. Provision Of Cloakrooms And Free Toilets, Q. Parking Lot For Exhibitors And Event Organizers2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs A Person/Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Execution Of The Order In Question (Person/Persons Preparing Meals) Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code Or A Corresponding Form Of Employment Specified In The Regulations Of Member States Of The European Union Or The European Economic Area. The Employment Requirement Is Understood By The Ordering Party As A Requirement That The Person/Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities Be Employed Under An Employment Contract. Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of This Order. The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Check Whether This Requirement Is Met. Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements In This Respect Are Regulated In The Form Of Contractual Penalties. In The Event Of Any Doubts Regarding The Employment Of A Person/Persons By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform The Indicated Activities In Connection With The Implementation Of The Order In Question Under An Employment Contract, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Notify The Relevant Labor Inspectorate And Request That It Conduct An Inspection.5. Due To The Subject Of This Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Points 2 P.Z.P6. Due To The Subject Of This Order, The Ordering Party Specifies In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People, Referred To In Art. 100 Ppl In Particular, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Service In A Place Accessible To People With Disabilities, Appropriate Arrangement Of Stands And A Sign Language Interpreter.7.
