Draft Decisions Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular: 1) Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Development Plan (Journal Of Laws, Item 1116).3) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws No. 164, Item 1589).3. Activities That The Urban Planner Will Perform As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Analysis Of Submitted Applications Regarding Land Development, 2) Preparing Draft Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development To Be Agreed With The Competent Authorities, Together With Graphic Annexes (Including The Refusal To Establish The Conditions Of Development And Land Development), 3) Preparing Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment To Be Agreed With The Competent Authorities, Together With Graphic Annexes (Including The Refusal To Establish The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment) Public),4) Preparing Projects To Change Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development,5) Preparing The Analysis And Results Of The Analysis Of The Functions And Features Of Development And Land Development In The Scope Of The Conditions Referred To In Art. 61 Section 1-7 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, In Order To Establish Requirements For New Development And Land Development In Text And Graphic Form.
