Part No. 1 Titled Conference Service In Bydgoszcz. The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Basic Order In Part No. 1 Is The Rental Of Rooms For The Organization Of 31 Meetings In Bydgoszcz For Min. 200 - Max. 480 Participants Along With Providing Catering Services For Participants. Under The Option Right, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Extend The Order In The Following Scope: A) Rental Of Rooms To Organize 46 Meetings In Bydgoszcz For Min. 304 - Max. 720 Participants Along With Providing Catering Services For Participants, B) Independent Catering Service For Min. 60 People - Max. 300 People (10 Meetings) Carried Out At A Place Selected By The Ordering Party In Bydgoszcz, C) Extension Of The Order Completion Date Until December 31, 2027. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And The Subcontractor (If Applicable) To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, People Who Will Provide Waiter Service And Prepare Meals. The Ordering Party Allows For Employment For A Specified Or Indefinite Period, As A Replacement Within The Scope And Under The Terms Specified In The Labor Code, On A Full Or Part-Time Basis. In Order To Verify The Obligation To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Each Time At The Request Of The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Request, The Contractor Undertakes To Submit To The Ordering Party A Declaration From The Contractor/Subcontractor On The Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Specified Above. This Declaration Should Include In Particular: Precise Identification Of The Entity Submitting The Declaration, Date Of Submission Of The Declaration, Indication That The Activities Covered By The Request Are Performed By Persons Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Together With An Indication Of The Number Of These Persons, Their Names And Surnames, The Type Of Employment Contract And The Working Hours. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure The Possibility Of Verifying The Declaration Regarding Employment Under An Employment Contract Referred To Above On The Basis Of A Certified Copy Of The Employment Contract, Provided That The Copies Of The Contracts Will Be Anonymized In A Manner Ensuring The Protection Of Employees Personal Data (Applies To Pesel Number, Address), In Accordance With The General Regulation (Eu) 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 27 April 2016 On The Protection Of Natural Persons With Regard To The Processing Of Personal Data And On The Free Movement Of Such Data, And Repealing Directive 95/46/Ec (General Data Protection Regulation) (Oj L 119, 04/05/2016, As Amended, And Information Regarding: Names And Surnames Of Employees, Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Type Of Employment Contract And Working Hours Will Be Identifiable.
