Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As A Supervisory Inspector For The Task Titled: Energy Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 6 At Ul. Królowej Jadwigi 2 In Bytom.2. The Task Is Co-Financed From The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program (European Regional Development Fund) For Priority: Fesl.02.00 - European Funds For Green Development, For Measure: Fesl.02.02 - Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings - Zit3. Performing The Function Of The Supervision Inspector Will Include, In Particular, The Provision Of Services Consisting In: 1) Checking The Design Documentation And Other Documents Prepared By The Contractor Of The Investment Task; 2) Supervising The Implementation Of Construction Works; 3) Preparing The Investment Task For Settlement, Including The Final Settlement; 4) Cooperation In Implementing The Requirements Set By The Entities Granting Funding; 5) Participation In Acceptance. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Specification.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As A Supervision Inspector, Whose Essence Is To Replace The Ordering Party On The Construction Site, And Whose Duties In The Construction Process Are Assigned, Among Others, By: Construction Law. Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Therefore Involve The Need To Divide The Uniform, Coherently Organizational Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The Fragmentation Of The Obligations Of The Ordering Party Into Multiple Entities Performing Them, And This, In Turn, Would Constitute A Threat To Achieving The Intended Goal, Which Is The Timely And Reliable Implementation Of The Investment. Due To The Above, Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Pointless And Unjustified. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Indicates That This Order Is One Of The Orders Awarded Under Separate Procedures To Perform The Function Of A Supervision Inspector. The Value Of The Awarded Contract Was Estimated At A Level Not Exceeding The So-Called Statutory Threshold, The Order Is Therefore Available To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Who Perform Administrative And Office Work, Such As Delivering Or Sending Correspondence To The Ordering Party, Including The Delivery Of Invoices And Other Documents Related To The Execution Of The Order, Unless These Works Are Performed Personally By Persons With The Required Construction Qualifications. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Above-Mentioned Works, Collaborators Within The Meaning Of The Act Of October 13, 1998 On The Social Security System, As Well As Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership To The Extent To Which They Will Personally Perform Th
