1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Photocopying Paper, Hereinafter Referred To As Paper, For Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 30197644-2 (Copy Paper).3. Successive Delivery Means The Delivery Of Paper In Various Quantities, Each Time Specified By The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of Separate Partial Orders Placed Electronically During The Term Of The Contract, Through The Internal Ordering System Of The University Of Gdańsk. Partial Orders Will Be Placed In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Subject And Price Form.5. The Place Of Paper Delivery Is The Organizational Units Of The University Of Gdańsk Located In The Tricity (Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia) And Outside The Tricity (Hel, Borucino, Łączyno), Each Time Indicated In The Partial Order. In The Absence Of The Ordering Partys Representative Or A Person Authorized To Collect The Ordered Paper, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Partial Order To The Dedicated Office Service Point Of The Relevant Organizational Unit Of The University Of Gdańsk, In Accordance With Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account In The Offer Price The Locational Dispersion Of The Ordering Partys Units And The Need To Deliver Deliveries To Many Places In The Indicated Area. For Information Purposes, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Current Organizational Structure Of The University Of Gdańsk Is Available On The Website Www.Ug.Edu.Pl.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Quantities Of Paper Provided In The Subject And Price Form Are Forecast (Estimated) Quantities, Not Binding On The Ordering Party And May Change, Which Will Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract. The Actual Number Of Individual Items Of Paper Ordered By The Ordering Party Will Result From Its Current Needs, And The Contractors Total Gross Remuneration Will Not Exceed The Amount Specified In § 3 Section 1 Of The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Subject To Possible Changes Specified In § 9 Of The Draft Agreement.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Resign From The Execution Of Part Of The Order, Up To A Maximum Of 20% Of The Gross Value Of The Contractors Remuneration Referred To In § 3 Section 1 Draft Contract. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party, In Particular A Claim For Performance Of The Contract Up To The Full Amount Or For Payment Of Remuneration For The Unrealized Part Of The Order. The Planned Resignation Results In An Appropriate Reduction In The Final Value Of The Remuneration Due To The Contractor And Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract Requiring The Conclusion Of An Annex.8. The Ordering Party Informs That During The Implementation Of The Contract There May Be Orders That Will Be Paid For From Eu, Foreign And Domest
