The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Nationwide Conference Summarizing The Results Of Bcu Activities As Part Of The Project Titled: Establishment Of An Industry Skills Center In The Field Of Confectionery In Wieluń County - On The Terms Detailed In This Opz.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Organization Of A 2-Day Conference For 60 People. Conference Location - Within A Radius Of Up To 100 Km From The Warszawa Centralna Railway Station (Distance Measured According To Google Maps, The Fastest Route Option). The Contractor Will Provide Transport Of Training Participants To The Conference Venue From The Warszawa Centralna Railway Station To The Conference Venue. The Contractor Will Establish The Final Transport Hours With The Ordering Party In The Course Of Working Contacts. Buses For Transporting Conference Participants Must Meet All Safety Requirements For The Transport Of People; Not Be Older Than 10 Years From The Date Of First Registration; Be Equipped With Functional Seat Belts And Air Conditioning. The Person Performing The Transport Service Must Have A Current License For Domestic Passenger Transport And Current Insurance Required By Law, Including Third Party Liability Insurance And Personal Accident Insurance. The Conference Will Be Held In A High Standard Conference Room, I.E. Equipped With Ergonomic Furniture, Conference Room Equipment, Including Laser Projectors With Full Hd Resolution And Min. The Conference Will Be Organized In A Hybrid Mode, With A Sign Interpreter, Broadcast Online, Refreshments, Decorations, Etc.
