The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Renovation, Reconstruction, Change Of Use Of Part Of The Piast Castle In Legnica, Together With The Development Of The Area For Cultural Purposes As Part Of The Investment Project Legnica, Piast Castle (12Th Century) - Preparation Of Documentation For Conservation And Construction Works. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular The Performance Of: A) Necessary Research, Expertise And Studies Needed To Prepare A Construction Design And Obtain Appropriate Arrangements And Derogations As Well As A Building Permit. Among Others Construction And Mycological Expertise, Geological And Archaeological Research, Etc. B) Conservation Work Program; C) Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Construction Design Attachments); D) Investors Cost Estimate Along With The Bill Of Quantities; E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb); F) Permanent Exhibition Design Along With The Cost Estimate; G) Functional Plan; H) Obtaining All Required Specific Provisions Of Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, In Particular The Final Decision On The Building Permit. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For The Timeliness Of Obtaining Appropriate Decisions And Permits After Submitting Applications To The Authorities Issuing Them.
