Expression of Interest for Evaluation of Community Engagement in Macomia and Mocimboa da Praia, Mozambique. Closing Date: 3 Mar 2026 Type: Consultancy MSF Operational Centre Brussels (OCB) has been operating in Cabo Delgado province in northern Mozambique since 2019, with two projects currently active in Macomia and Mocimboa da Praia districts. Both projects work to fill critical gaps in healthcare provision created by the ongoing conflict, with objectives focused on reducing morbidity and mortality among conflict-affected and displaced populations. The purpose of this evaluation is to document how community engagement (CE) is currently organised in the two projectsthe CE structures, roles and practicesand assess what results are being generated for both communities and project objectives. This evaluation seeks to generate evidence and learning that will directly inform OCBs operational strategy for community engagement in Cabo Delgado, drawing on the combined experience of the Macomia and Mocimboa da Praia projects. EXPECTED STARTING DATE: March 2026 DURATION: 6 months. Final deliverable to be shared by August 2026.
