Hiring A Specialized Company, Duly Registered With Crea/Cau, To Provide Professional Technical Engineering And/Or Architectural Services Consistent With The Technical Analysis And Issuance Of A Conclusive Opinion On Administrative Processes Involving Works And Subdivisions Of Urban Land In The Municipality Of Turvânia/Go, To Be Carried Out Upon Request From The Competent Municipal Secretariat. Scope Of Services: I – Technical Analysis Of Architectural And Complementary Projects For The Purpose Of Issuing A Construction Permit; Ii – Technical Verification For The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Completion Of Work (Habite-Se); Iii – Technical Analysis Of The Processes Of Dismemberment And Remembrance Of Urban Properties; Formal Administration, Observing Municipal Urban Legislation, Current Technical Standards And Other Applicable Regulations. Service Must Be Provided In Person, Which Must Occur Three (03) Times A Week, On Business Days, From Monday To Friday, During The Agencys Regular Opening Hours.
