The Communications Headquarters Of The Chilean Army Requires Contracting A Comprehensive, Continuous And Managed Audiovisual Recording And Real-Time Transmission Service, Aimed At Supporting The Operational Employment Of Units Deployed In The Southern Macro Zone Mzs, In The Context Of Military Operations Other Than War Mootw, As An Integral Part Of The Operational Command Network Of The Chilean Army. The Service Will Aim To Ensure The Capture, Transmission, Management, Storage, Custody And Analysis Of Audiovisual Evidence, Generated From The Use Of Institutionally Owned Hytera Body Cameras, Which Constitute A Previously Acquired Capability, Currently Deployed And Integrated Into The Armys Operational Systems. In This Sense, The Contract Seeks To Ensure Operational Continuity, Native Interoperability And Technical Support Of Said Capacity, Through A Specialized Technological Platform, Dedicated Server Infrastructure In National Territory And Connectivity Services Subordinate To The System. Likewise, The Contract Aims To Strengthen Monitoring, Control And Operational Supervision Capabilities, Through Real-Time Visualization Of Events On The Ground, Complete Traceability Of Audiovisual Information And Its Effective Integration Into Institutional Command And Control Systems, Guaranteeing Information Security, Data Sovereignty And Permanent Availability Of The Service, Especially In Areas Of High Operational Sensitivity.
