In Order To Implement The Federal Environmental Noise Protection Act (Bundes-Lärmg), Strategic Noise Mapping Must Be Carried Out At Regular Intervals Of Five Years In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Eu Environmental Noise Directive 2002/49/Ec. The Subject Of This Tender Includes The Traffic Analysis And The Subsequent Emission-Related Processing Of All Relevant Data Bases In Order To Create A Complete Emissions Register For The High-Ranking Road Network Managed By Asfinag. This Network Includes Motorways And Expressways With A Total Length Of Around 2,400 Km. The Emissions Register Forms The Central Technical Basis For The Strategic Noise Mapping 2027 And Serves To Provide A Consistent, Comprehensible And Reliable Representation Of Traffic-Related Noise Emissions Across The Entire Project Area.
