Bids Will Be Accepted Prior To March 25, 2026, 2:00 Pm Local Time, At Which Time They Will Be Officially Opened And Examined. All Bids Will Be Evaluated In Accordance With The Terms Outlined In The Attached Document. Time Is Of The Essence, And Any Bids Received After The Announced Time And Date For Submission, Whether By Mail Or Otherwise, Will Be Rejected.
