Tenders Are Invited For Coblator And Device Specific Accessories

The Hus Corporation Is Requesting Offers For Coblation Devices Intended For The Treatment Of Ear, Nose And Throat Diseases With Equipment-Related Consumables. The Procurement Is Carried Out On A Cost-Of-Use Basis, So That The Equipment Is Owned By The Supplier And On Loan At The Customers Units, And There Is No Separate Charge For The Use Of The Equipment And Its Maintenance. Compensation For The Use Of The Equipment Is Included In The Price Of The Accessories, Which The Subscriber Orders As Needed. It Is Intended To Establish A Warehouse For Supplies At The Customers Premises. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Possibility To Establish A Store Warehouse In One Or More Units And Only For A Limited Selection Of Supplies Or For All Supplies. The Scope Of Procurement Also Includes Other Device-Related Consumables And Possible Accessories Of The Devices, Which The Provider Can Offer As An Option (Value-Added Services). The Subscriber Decides To Use The Options Separately. The Customer Chooses One (1) Contract Supplier As Contract Partner. It Is A Total Procurement, I.E. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because It Is A Single Functional Entity. The Contract Period Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years, After Which It Will Continue To Be Valid Indefinitely. The Information Provided In The Request For Tender Or Its Attachments Are Estimates, And The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To The Stated Euro Amounts Or The Realized Order Quantities Of Equipment Or Equipment-Related Supplies Indicated In The Tender. The Realized Order Quantities May Be Higher Or Lower Than Announced, Especially At The Beginning Of The Contract Period. The Object Of Procurement And The Requirements Regarding It Are Described In Detail In The Request For Tender And Its Appendices.
