The Jätekukko Group Includes The Parent Company Jätekukko Oy And The Subsidiary Kiertokukko Oy, Which Jätekukko Owns 100%. Statutory Auditing Refers To The Auditing Of Accounting, Financial Statements, Activity Reports And Administration In Accordance With The Laws In Force. The Offers Must Cover The Statutory Auditing Of The Jätekukko Group, Possible Auditing Of The Sustainability Verification Reporting (Vsme) During The Contract Period, And Other Professional Services. The Tenders Must Include The Statutory Audit For The Parent Company Jätekukko Oy And The Subsidiary Kiertokukko Oy, And For The Parent Company Also The Audit Of The Consolidated Financial Statements. The Number Of The Groups Subsidiaries May Vary During The Contract Period. Based On The Competition, One Supplier Will Be Selected. The Contract Period Is Valid Until The End Of The Financial Year 2026.
