The City Of Hamina Requests Your Offer For The Demolition Of Buildings At Puistokatu 2, 49400 Hamina. There Are Two Buildings On The Property:- Former City Hall, Approx. 4000 M2 / 13840 M3 (Built 1949 / 1963)- Financial Building, Approx. 165 M2 (Built 1963) As A Form Of Contract, A Complete Contract, The Scope Of The Contract Is Opened In More Detail In The Technical Documents. The Quantity Lists (Rapu Demolition Material Tables) Delivered By The Customer Do Not Act As Quantity Calculation Documents And Are Therefore Not Binding On The Customer. The Tenderer Must Familiarize Himself With The Work Site Before Submitting The Offer. Guided Tours Of The Work Site Will Be Organized As Follows: March 2, 2026 At 2 P.M. 03/5/2026 At 3 P.M. Meeting In The Sites Courtyard. A Debriefing Conference Will Be Held With The Contractor Who Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer On March 16, 2026 At 9 A.M. In Hamina.
