The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Clarify Questions Related To Procurement. The Goal Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Comprehensive Information About The Availability And Features Of The System And Service To Be Acquired, So That A Possible Tender Can Be Carried Out In The Most Expedient Manner Possible. The Request For Information Is Accompanied By A Preliminary Description Of The Procurement, In Which The Customer Has Tried To Highlight Its Needs And Describe The Processes And Operations Of The Transport Services. In Addition, The Subscriber Has Prepared A List Of Questions And Issues That It Hopes Interested Suppliers Will Answer In Their Response To The Request For Information. Based On The Information Request Responses, The Customer Can Ask The Suppliers For Further Discussions, Market Dialogues, Where The Customers Needs Are Further Specified And Where The Supplier Can Present Its Own Solution In More Detail. The Customer Decides At Its Own Discretion Whether It Will Invite Suppliers To A Market Dialogue And These Will Be Agreed Separately. Responses To Requests For Information Are Requested To Be Submitted By E-Mail To [email protected] By Monday, March 9, 2026 At 4:00 P.M. No Responses Are Left Through The Offer Service. As An Attachment To The Answer, It Is Requested To Submit Answers To The Subscribers Preliminary Questions And A Description Of The Suppliers System/Service.
