The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Ordering Of Year-Round Maintenance Works For The Pirita Beach In The Years 2026-2028 Within 24 Months, Assumingly From May 1, 2026 To April 30, 2028. In The Event That, Due To The Delay In Signing The Contract, Including Due To Possible Dispute And Court Proceedings Related To The Procurement Procedure, It Is Not Possible To Start The Maintenance Works On The Date Specified In This Clause, The Maintenance Works Will Be Postponed Advance The Start Date By The Number Of Days By Which The Contract Was Concluded Later. In This Case, The Start Date Of The Maintenance Works Will Be Fixed With The Relevant Notification Of The Supplier.
