104-Bym-2025 Framework Agreement For Counts On The Municipal Road Network 2026-2030 . Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement(S) For Traffic Registrations On The Municipal Road Network In Oslo In The Period 2026–2030, So That The Municipality Can Obtain, Quality-Assure And Disseminate The Necessary Traffic Data In Line With The Road Data Regulations And Internal/External Needs. The Scope Includes The Delivery Of Traffic Data That Covers Both Established Needs (Including Traffic Volume, Speed And Length Class) And New/Expanded Needs (Including Counts For Pedestrians And Cyclists And More Detailed Data Such As Turning Movements And Driving Patterns). In The Work To Facilitate Climate-, Environment- And Health-Friendly Transport Solutions, Good Knowledge With High Data Quality About The Existing Traffic Picture In The City, As Well As The Consequences Of Changes, Is Very Important. In This Connection, The Agency Needs To Obtain Traffic Data For Various Road User Groups, And Hereby Announces The Acquisition Of Traffic Registrations On The Municipal Road Network. There Is Continuous Development In Methods For Recording Traffic And Road User Groups. Consequently, The Procurement Is Divided Into Two: Part A Deals With The Current Situation And The Need To Operate And Manage Current Solutions, Including Fixed Counting Points For Vehicles And Bicycles And Temporary Registrations Using Radar Technology. Part B Further Covers The Agencys Need For Extended Insight Into Driving Patterns, Turning Movements, Traffic Shares, Incidents And Near-Conflicts, Decommissioning, Etc. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Sub-Contracts, Where Sub-Contract A Covers The Basic Needs And Sub-Contract B Opens Up Solutions That Can Provide More Detailed Traffic Data, With Separate Allocation Per Sub-Contract. Separate Framework Agreements Will Be Entered Into Per Subcontract (One Supplier Per Subcontract). This Framework Agreement Is Valid Up To A Maximum Value Of Nok 16 Million. The Estimate Is Indicative Only And Does Not Imply Any Obligation For The Client. Sub-Contract 1: * Periodic Traffic Registrations With Radar And Other Counting Equipment * Periodic Bicycle Measurements With Bicycle Hoses * Operation And Maintenance Of Traffic Registration Stations For Vehicles * Operation And Maintenance Of Traffic Registration Stations For Bicycles Sub-Contract 2: In Addition To The Needs Mentioned In Sub-Contract A, The Urban Environment Agency Has Traffic Data Needs That Go Beyond What We Get From Radar Registrations And Fixed Counting Points. Some Of These Needs Are Solved Today, At Least Partially, By Radar Measurements (Subcontract A), While Others Do Not. * Case 1 - Average Count Two Fields * Case 2 - Average Count Four-Six Fields * Case 3 - Cross Count 35 X 35 M * Case 4 - Cross Count 50 X 50 M
