An Offer Is Wanted For The Purchase Of A Right Of Use For An Electronic Patient Record System At The Medical Centre. The Client Opens With Three Medical Homes In June, And Increases To Four Medical Homes From 1 August. From 1 September There Will Be The Four Doctors Homes Plus A Lis1/Rotation Doctor. During The Contract Period, It May Also Be Relevant For The Rest Of The Above-Mentioned Municipalities To Establish A Gp Office Which Will Be Linked To The Offered Solution. Furthermore, The Procurement Must Also Have An Option For An Ehr Solution For The Emergency Room, Which It Is Desirable That The Supplier Responds To If This Is Something The Supplier Can Offer. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Retain And Achieve Maximum User Satisfaction By Choosing A Supplier With A High Level Of Quality In Service And Maintenance Work, As Well As To Acquire A Patient Record Solution That At All Times Complies With Applicable Law, Follows Leading Standards For Security And Privacy, And Has Built-In Privacy As A Fundamental Principle. The Solution Must Be Cloud-Based, Flexible, Future-Oriented, User-Friendly, Intuitive And Uniform, While At The Same Time Contributing To Efficient, Safe And Holistic Patient Treatment, And Supporting Good Work Processes For Healthcare Personnel Across Levels And Services. The Client Refers To A Previously Announced Competition For An Electronic Patient Record System For Gp Offices And Emergency Rooms With Reference 2026-102627. The Previous Competition Was Canceled As A Result Of The Clients Need For Necessary Changes In The Announced Requirement Specification. It Is Specified That Only Few And Limited Changes Have Been Made Compared To The Previous Competition Basis. Suppliers Who Have Prepared Offers In The Previous, Canceled Competition, Will Largely Be Able To Reuse Already Prepared Material, With Necessary Adaptations In Line With The Updated Documents, See In Particular Appendix 1 Appendix 1 - The Customers Requirements Specification And Appendix 2 Appendix 1 - The Suppliers Description Of The Service Which Have Been Updated In The New Competition.
