Type Of Service At The University Of Duisburg-Essen On The Essen Campus, The Roof Of Building T01 (Canteen) Is To Be Renovated. The Total Roof Area Is Approximately 3,000 M2 And Is Divided Into Two Roof Areas Of Approximately The Same Size. The Existing Roof Sealing And Insulation Should Be Removed And Replaced With Newly Planned Gradient Insulation. The Roof Drainage Should Be Changed From Internal To External. A Ventilation System Is Installed On Part Of The Roof Area And Must Remain In Operation Throughout The Entire Term. The Ventilation Ducts Must Be Supported During Ongoing Renovations. Coordination Of The Various Trades Is Absolutely Necessary Here. The Existing Shed Roofs Must Be Examined For Pollutants And Replaced. Optionally, The Roof Area Should Be Extensively Greened And/Or Provided With A Pv System. For This Purpose, Further Static Checks Are Necessary During Planning.
