The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Plo, As The Selected Contractor Should Carry Out Delivery And Installation Of Metal Cabinets For The Purposes Of A Project To Build A Research Infrastructure For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Physics At Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski Under Agreement D01-367/14.12.2023 Between The Ministry Of Education And Science And The University Of Sofia. A Detailed Description Of The Requirements For The Execution Of The Order, The Parameters Of The Equipment, Subject Of The Order, Quantities And Values Is Contained In Part Ii. Technical Specifications And Terms Of Order Fulfillment From The Documentation. 2.2. Order Execution Includes 2 Stages: 1) Delivery Of The Furniture In The Building Of The Faculty Of Physics (Fzf) Of Su St. Kliment Ohridski. 2) Installation Of The Furniture In The Building Of The Faculty Of Physics (Fzf) Of Su St. Kliment Ohridski. Completion Of The Stages Will Be Certified By The Signing Of A Handover Protocol By Proper Representatives Of The Contractor And The Contracting Authority. Important: The Deadlines For The Implementation Of The Stages Should Be Taken Into Account With The General Deadline For The Execution Of The Order, Which Cannot Be Longer Than 90 Days, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract By Both Parties And Its Registration In The Records System Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Referred To In This Documentation As The Abbreviation Furnishing/It.
