The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Improve The Conditions For Sports At The Lokomotiv Stadium In Sofia By Replacing The Existing Highly Compromised Flooring On The 8 Corridors Of The Athletics Track With A New, Specialized Sports Flooring Made Of Synthetic Rubber, Meeting All The Modern Requirements Of The Sport, To Be Certified By Wa /World Athletics - The World Athletics Federation/, As Well As Repairing The Athletics Facilities. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Activities That Should Be Performed For The Overall Implementation Of The Work Project And Achievement Of The Orders Objectives, From The Opening Of The Construction Site To The Final Handover Of The Execution To The Contracting Authority With A Final Protocol. The Following Two Main Groups Of Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Order: 1. Construction Activities And 2. Activities Accompanying The Construction. The Activities Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Detailed In Annex No. 1 Technical Specification And Annexes Working Project
