Estimated Quantities Of Materials Are Indicative And Do Not Bind The Employer. The Contracting Authority Will Periodically, With Prior Written Requests, Request For Delivery The Necessary Goods In Quantity And Type, According To Its Needs, For The Duration Of The Contract. The Delivery Of The Materials Is Carried Out By The Contractors Transport To The Employers Warehouse. The Requirements Of The Technical Specification Are Considered Mandatory Minimum Requirements For Tenders. Non-Compliance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification Leads To The Removal Of The Participant. For Each Specific Standard, Specification, Technical Evaluation, Technical Approval Or Technical Standard Specified In The Technical Specification, The Contracting Authority Accepts An Equivalent One/S.
