The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of This Order: Exercise Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of Art. 168 Of The Civil Code For The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works (Smr), In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project; The Contract For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision. The Construction Supervision Should Be Carried Out By Qualified And Legally Competent Specialists In The Relevant Project Parts And Ensure Reliable Control Over The Quality And Legality Of The Executed Smr.; Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut And Technical Passport Of The Construction, According To Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006. For Information: The Object Is First Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 1, B.G Of Zut And Art. 2, Para. 7 Of Ordinance No. 1 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Contractors Technical And Price Proposal. ​​​​​​​
