The Implementation Includes The Following Activities That Are Related To The Construction Of The Site And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To Them: Implementation Of Smr According To The Technical Project, The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book, Including Provided By The Quantitative - Value Account Cmr; 2. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Investment Project; 3. Production And/Or Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Equipment And Their Investment In The Construction; 4. Notifying The Employer Of The Need For Additional Design; 5. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; 6. Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of The Executive Documentation Of The Construction; 7. Participation In The Procedure For Putting The Construction Into Operation; 8. Removal Of Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; 9. Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods, Which Are The Minimum, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. All Activities Are Performed According To The Technical Specification And Technical Project Provided By The Contracting Authority To This Procedure.
