Subject Of The Order: The Contracting Authority Will Carry Out A Procedure For Awarding A Public Order Under The Subject: Delivery Of A New / Unused Combined Backhoe Loader For The Needs Of Chistota Eood, Burgas The Contracting Authority Announces The Present Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract By Holding A Public Competition On The Basis Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Of The Civil Code In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 Of The Civil Code And Art. 176 Of The Civil Code. 2. Object Of The Order: Delivery Of Goods Carried Out By Purchase In The Sense Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Delivery Of 1 (One) New Unused Combined Backhoe Loader, The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance Services, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant. Note: Warranty Maintenance Refers To The Removal, At The Contractors Expense During The Warranty Period, Of All Damage And/Or Technical Inconsistencies, Respectively Replacement Of Defective Parts And/Or Components That Fall Within The Terms And Scope Of The Warranty, Within The Contractors Warranty Liability. The Delivery And Replacement Of The Consumables Related To The Current Servicing Of The Equipment During The Warranty Period Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Order.
