The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Deliver One New Unused Electric Car And One Connected New Unused Charging Station With A Power Of At Least 22 Kw For The Needs Of The Provided Social Service Center For Social Rehabilitation And Integration (Csri), Which Is A State-Delegated Activity Provided By The Municipality Of Byala, Including Execution Of The Necessary Installation Of The Delivered Equipment And Training Of The Employers Personnel To Work With It. The Electric Vehicle Subject To Delivery Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles. According To The Requirements Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Vehicle Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles Specified In Ordinance No. H-21 Of 19 December 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles, Issued By The Minister Of Transport And Communications, With A Maximum Emission Of Exhaust Gases Expressed In Co2 G/Km And Emissions Of Air Pollutants Under Real Driving Conditions Below The Applicable Emission Limit Values Set Out In The Annex To Art. 3 Of Ordinance No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Improve The Quality Of The Social Service Center For Social Rehabilitation And Integration (Csri), Which Is A State-Delegated Activity Provided By The Municipality Of Byala. With The Implementation Of The Order, We Will Meet The Needs Of Modernization And Decarbonization Of The Vehicle Fleet Used In The Provision Of Social Services By The Municipality. In This Way, Byala Municipality Will Respond To The Growing Mobile Needs In The Social Sphere. Replacing The Old Petrol Car With An Electric Vehicle Will Result In A Significant Reduction In Carbon Emissions As Well As Fuel And Maintenance Savings.
