The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Related To The Implementation Of Emergency And Current Repair Activities Of Internal And External Parts Of Buildings Owned By Vratsa Waterworks, Which Include Repair Of Sanitary Premises, Internal Renovation And Restoration Of Work Premises, Repair/Replacement Of Internal Waterworks And Electricity. Installations, Hvac Installations, External Works On Roof Construction, Replacement Of Windows, Etc. The Types Of Repair Work Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification. The Public Procurement Is Conducted With A View To Ensuring The Possibility Of Carrying Out Repair Works, If The Need For Such Arises During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. If The Contracting Authority Does Not Award Construction Activities Or Awards Them At A Value Smaller Than The Specified Estimated Value, It Does Not Owe Compensation To The Contractor. The Order Envisages The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement, In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined. The Scope And Volume Of Individual Orders Awarded Through The Framework Agreement Will Depend On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Person - The Participant Ranked First And Designated As The Contractor Under The Public Order.
