The Work Performed Is Paid In Euros For 1 Hour Of Work, And The Purchased Spare Parts Are Paid Additionally. Service Is Carried Out Upon Request By The Contracting Authority, The Value Of The Service Is Determined By The Hourly Rate Offered By The Contractor In Its Price Offer Based On The Number Of Hours Worked For A Specific Request. When A Request Is Made By The Contracting Authority For Servicing Of Equipment That Is Under Service, The Contractor Should Diagnose The Problem And Notify The Contracting Authority Of The Necessary Time Required For Repair, Which Should Be Approved By The Contracting Authority. The Number Of Hours Pledged Is An Estimate And Should Not Be Construed As A Maximum Or Minimum. The Actual Number Of Hours Will Depend On The Needs Of The Employer. The Contract, In Its Labor Value Portion, Will Be Awarded At An Amount That Is The Product Of The Estimated Number Of Hours For The Specific Position Multiplied By The Hourly Rate Specified In The Bid Of The Selected Contractor.
