The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of A Consulting Service Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Territorial Planning Act And Related By-Laws, As Well As The Fulfillment Of The Duties Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Namely: 1) Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Prepared Investment Project, According To Art. 142 Of The Zut; 2) Implementation Of Construction Supervision, According To Art. 168 Of The Zut; 3) Quality Control Of The Construction Materials And Products Delivered And Invested In The Constructions; 4) Exercise Control Of The Quantity And Quality Of The Construction And Installation Works; 5) Monitoring And Documenting All Circumstances Related To Construction. To Fulfill Its Obligations, The Contractor Should Submit Interim Progress Reports To The Employer; 6) Reporting Of Its Activities Through Interim And Final Reports; 7) Fulfilling The Duties Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works. Scope Of Activities Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement: 1) Preparation Of A Complex Assessment Report For Compliance Of Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For Construction, According To Art. 142 Of The Zut 2) Exercise Of Independent Construction Supervision, According To Art. 168 Of The Zut During The Implementation Of The Object 3) Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Object, According To Art. 176 Letter A Of The Zut In The Scope Specified In Art. 4 Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 For The Technical Passports Of The Constructions: 4) Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut For Implementation Of The Object: 5) Performing The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator: 6) Reporting Of Its Activities Through Interim And Final Reports, Including: 7) Provision Of Technical Assistance And Assistance To The Contracting Authority.
