Scope Of Work The Primary Goal Is To Establish A Flexible, Multi-Vendor Vor For A Term Of Five (5) Years. This Vor Will Serve As A Roster Of Pre-Qualified Suppliers. Client Organizations Will Use This Roster To Invite Vendors To Bid On Their Specific Needs Through A Simplified Second-Stage Selection Process. This Evor Will Cover Only French Language Services.
