Specifically:• During The Deployment Phase And The Writing Of Technical Reports Of The Points, Locations Were Identified That Were Not Initially Viable Or Were Not Considered Priorities, But That, Following The Evolution Of Municipal Planning, The Increase In Potential Demand And The Strategic Coherence Of The Network, Have Become Ideal And Necessary Locations To Guarantee The Territorial Capillarity Of The Service.• In Other Municipalities, The Demand For Use Has Evolved, And It Has Been Considered Necessary To Incorporate A Second Charging Point To Guarantee Coverage, Redundancy And Continuity Of The Service.• These New Needs Could Not Be Foreseen At The Time Of Drafting The Initial Contract, Since They Respond To Decisions And Situations That Occurred During The Actual Deployment Process And Direct Interaction With The Territory. At The Same Time, Once The Awarding Of The First Phase Has Been Completed, It Has Been Established That There Is An Available Economic Balance Within The Same Project Financed By The Ftn, Which Allows Us To Respond To These Emerging Needs And Expand The Network With 11 New Charging Points In Additional Municipalities. The Object Of This Contract Is The Expansion And Consolidation Of The Public Infrastructure Network Fast Charging For Electric Vehicles In The Lands Of The Ebro, Through The Supply, Installation, Commissioning And Complete Legalization Of 11 Fast Charging Stations. This Legalization Includes The Procedures With The Distribution Companies, The Obtaining Of The Corresponding Municipal Permits, The Legalization Before The General Directorate Of Low Voltage Energy (Bt), As Well As The Registration In The Industrial Safety Technical Installations Register Of Catalonia (Ritsic).
