The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program And Then, On Its Basis, The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Recreational And Sports Zone In The Silesian Park Named After Gen. Jerzy Ziętek S.A. In Chorzów Together With The Required Infrastructure, Implemented Under The Agreement On Co-Financing Of The City Project Entitled Modernization Of The Silesian Park Implemented As Part Of The Second Turnover Of Funds Returned From The Jessica Initiative Of The Regional Operational Program Of The Silesian Voivodeship For 2007-2013. 2. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of: 1) Stage I - Development Of An Executive Design: A) Development Of Construction Design Documentation Based On The Ordering Partys Concept And The Functional And Utility Program, Along With Obtaining, On Behalf Of And For The Ordering Party, All Final Administrative Decisions Necessary To Commence And Complete Construction Works, B) Preparation Of Executive Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations, Design Principles And Technical Knowledge, C) Preparation Of Detailed Investor Cost Estimate; 2) Etap Ii – Roboty Budowlane Obejmujące: A) Właściwe I Zgodne Z Zasadami Sztuki Budowlanej Wykonanie Robót Budowlanych (Na Podstawie Opracowanej Dokumentacji), B) Uzyskanie Wszystkich Niezbędnych Dokumentów Umożliwiających Użytkowanie Wykonanych Obiektów, W Tym Złożenie Zawiadomienia O Zakończeniu Budowy I Zamiarze Użytkowania. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Fup With Annexes (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz). 5.
