The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Define The Conditions Of Intervention Of The Service Provider With A View To Ensuring The Supply, Production And Delivery Of Meals In On-Site Production, In Cold Connection, And The Supply Of Foodstuffs For The Citys Early Childhood Structures And The Caisse Des Ecoles De Levallois. The Procedure Is Organized By The Town Of Levallois, Coordinator Of The Order Group Formed With The Caisse Des Ecoles De Levallois. The Contract Is Subject To The Public Order Code. This Document Is Referred To As “The Code” Throughout The Consultation Documents. Qualified As A Service Market, It Is Subject To The Provisions Of The Ccag “Current Supplies And Services” Approved By Order Of March 30, 2021. It Is A Catering Services Market Listed In The Notice Relating To Public Procurement Contracts Having As Their Subject Social Services And Other Specific Services. It Is Carried Out Following An Adapted Open Procedure, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2123-1 And R.2123-1 3° Of The Code. It Constitutes A Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L.2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Code. The Contract Will Be Awarded To One (1) Single Holder For A Maximum Duration Of Four (4) Years, Renewals Included. The Maximum Total Value Of The Contract Is Set At 18,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat Taking Into Account Its Duration And Possible Renewals. As This Is An Open Procedure, The Maximum Number Of Participants Is Not Limited
