The Ordering Party Intends To Carry Out An Investment Under The Name Reconstruction Of Rooms In Building F For The Needs Of The Rehabilitation And Physiotherapy Department Of The Masovian Bródnowski Hospital In Warsaw Sp. Z O. O. - Stage Ii, Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment. The Essence Of The Work Of Supervision Inspectors, In Addition To Performing Functions Specified In The Construction Law In The Investment Process, Will Be Assistance And Advice In Creating Investment Logistics, I.E. Achieving The Primary Goal Of Organizing Construction Works In Such A Way As To Guarantee The Operation Of Hospital Departments During Construction Works And Ensuring Fire Safety Of The Hospital. There Is No Doubt That Such Requirements Complicate The Construction Process And Require Complex Coordination Of Both Construction Teams And Hospital Staff. Taking Into Account The Environment In Which Construction Works Are Planned, The Ordering Party In The Procedure For Performing The Function Of Investor Supervision Must Take Into Account These Circumstances When Describing The Subject Of The Contract And Specifying The Criteria For Selecting Offers In The Procedure For Exercising Investor Supervision.
