The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Engineering - Design And Implementation Of Construction Related To Activities Under Annex No. 1 To The Public Procurement Act In The Sense Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1, B. A Of The Plo And Has As Its Subject The Preparation Of A Working Project And Repair Of The Crown Of The Belmeken Dam Wall, According To The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of At Least The Following Activities In Two Consecutive Stages, Namely: I. Preparation Of A Working Project For The Repair Of The Crown Of The Main Dam Wall Belmeken: 1. Carrying Out Exploratory And Design Work For The Preparation Of A Working Project For The Repair Of The Crown Of The Dam Wall Belmeken, And The Project Is Prepared On The Basis Of Technical Solutions According To Option #2 Of The Conceptual Design Already Accepted By The Contracting Authority With The Subject: Project For The Repair Of The Belmeken Dam Wall, Chaira Dam Area. The Work Project Should Include At Least: - Detailed Photography Of The Existing Position Of The Crown, Incl. Roadway, Sidewalks, Railings, Drainage Facilities, Elements Of The Control And Measurement System (Cms) On The Wall (Support Points, Observed Points, Leveling Markers), Electrical Equipment And Installations, Access Shafts, Etc.; - Complete Design Solution For Preservation/Restoration Of The Geodetic Kis With Included Constructive And Technological Solutions For Their Implementation, Details And Schemes For Measurements During The Repair Works; - Constructive Solution For Repairing The Crown Of The Dam Wall; - Constructive Solution For Drainage Of The Crown Of The Dam Wall; - Constructive Solution For Separation Of Cable Routes And Low Voltage Power Cable Lines, To Ensure Electrical Power Supply For The Needs Of Operation; - Constructive Solution For The Separation Of Cable Routes To Secure Communications, Including Control And Monitoring Equipment, Video Surveillance And Signal Security Systems For The Needs Of Operation; - Constructive Solution For The Restoration And/Or Repair Of The Railings And Lighting Along The Crown; - Selection Of Appropriate Technologies And Materials For Carrying Out Restoration/Repair Activities; - Preparation Of A Project For The Organization And Implementation Of Restoration/Repair Works On The Site With A Schedule For Their Implementation; - Preparation Of A Safety And Health Plan During The Implementation Of Restoration/Repair Works; - Preparation Of Specifications, Quantity And Quantity-Value Accounts For Restoration/Repair Works. Ii. Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smr) Of The Crown Of The Main Dam Wall Belmeken: 1. Execution Of Repair And Restoration Works, According To An Accepted Work Project. The Activities Should Cover At Least The Following: - Preparatory Activities - Mobilization Of The Work Site/S. - Implementation Of Smr According To An Approved Work Project; - Demobilization Of The Work Site/S. 2. Exercising The Authors Supervision Over The Project Decisions And All Related Activities During The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Smp, According To The Project Decision. The Preparation Of
