Vehicle Refueling Services – Successive Purchase Of Fuel In A Cashless System Based On Fleet Cards For Company Cars Of Public Administration Units. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Purchase Of: A) Liquid Fuels, In A Cashless System Based On Fleet Cards, For Company Cars, Canisters, Vehicles Other Than Company Cars And Devices Powered By Combustion Engines (Motor Boats, Generators, Pumps, Lawn Mowers, Snow Blowers) Of Public Administration Units, Hereinafter Referred To As The Units. In Poland And, If The Contractor Has Petrol Stations, Also Outside Poland. B) Other Fuels, Products And Services Related To The Operation Of Company Cars (E.G. Engine Oils, Operating Fluids, Adblue Fluid, Light Bulbs, Wipers, Fuses, Car Washing And Vacuuming, Highway And Parking Fees) In Non-Cash Transactions In The Electronic Fleet Card System In Poland And, If The Contractor Has Fuel Stations Also Outside Poland. The Unit Reserves The Right To Choose The Method Of Using Highway And Parking Fees Referred To In The Previous Sentence On The Terms Applicable To The Contractor. In Such A Case, The Entity Undertakes To Sign An Appropriate Annex Or Additional Agreement.* *The Decision On The Method Of Using Highway Tolls Will Rest With The Entity. 2. The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3.
