The Scope Of The Assignment Is: - Purchase Of Electric Robotic Mowers Including Associated Charging Stations For Mowing Sports Parks In Accordance With Appendix 2 Sports Field Plans; - Annual Maintenance; - Winter Storage; - Instruction Of Volunteers Regarding Daily Maintenance Of The Robotic Lawnmower (Cleaning, Replacing Blades, Etc.); The Assignment Starts On January 1, 2026 And Ends On December 31, 2031. After This Period, There Is The Option To Extend The Agreement Twice For A Period Of 12 Months. The Client Will Let Us Know No Later Than 3 Months Before The End Of The Term Whether It Will Make Use Of The Extension Option. If The Client Does Not Wish To Make Use Of This, He Will Let Us Know No Later Than 3 Before The End Of The Term Of The Agreement. After The Initial Term And 2 Extensions, The Agreement Ends By Operation Of Law.
