Stadium Construction Work – Execution In The Design And Build Mode Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of The City Stadium Complex In Chorzów. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Multi-Stage Construction Of The City Stadium Complex In Chorzów, As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction Of The City Stadium Complex In Chorzów - Carried Out In The Design And Build Form, According To Which The Contractor Undertakes To Develop Design Documentation, Obtain The Necessary Administrative Decisions, And Then Perform Construction Works On Its Basis. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented In Stages, In A Way That Ensures Uninterrupted Operation Of The Stadium During The Entire Construction Process, In Particular Enabling The Organization Of Football Matches In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations On Mass Events And The Requirements Of The Licensing Manual For Ekstraklasa Clubs After The Completion Of The First Stage. 3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Carried Out In Such A Way That The Contractor Develops A Construction Design Covering The Entire Stadium Complex And Obtains, On Its Basis, A Building Permit For The Entire Project, Taking Into Account The Design And Implementation Of Construction Works In Stages. After Completing Stage I, The Contractor Will Obtain Appropriate Administrative Decisions (Permit To Use The Scope Covered By Stage I). Stage I Must Be Designed And Constructed In A Way That Ensures The Possibility Of Conducting Sports Competitions At The Facility, Including Football Matches, Meeting The Minimum Licensing Requirements Of The Polish Football Association For Ekstraklasa Games, In Particular In Terms Of: Stadium Capacity, Security And Monitoring Systems, Sound System, Lighting, Media Infrastructure, Var System And Social And Technical Support For Players, Referees, Media And Fans. 4. The Contractor Is To Provide A Complete Set Of Documents, Arrangements And Formal Legal Procedures Enabling The Commissioning Of Part Of The Facility (In Stages), In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Requirements Of The Competent Construction Supervision Authority, In Particular In The Field Of Partial Acceptance, Installation Approvals, Security Systems And Technical Infrastructure Necessary For The Legal Use Of The Facility In A Given Stage. 5. For Each Stage, It Will Be Necessary To Develop And Agree With The Ordering Party A Detailed Plan To Ensure The Continuity Of Use Of The Stadium, Containing A Time Schedule And Temporary Solutions (Including Communication, Media Availability, Evacuation, Securing Zones For Fans And Players). 6. Each Of The Subsequent Stages Of Implementation Must End With A Condition That Allows The Facility To Be Used In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose And To Carry Out Further Construction Works In A Manner That Does Not Disrupt The Functioning Of The Stadium. At Each Stage Of Implementation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Continuity Of Safe Use Of The Stadium To The Extent Permitted For A Given Stage And To Meet The Requirements Arising From The Provisions On The Safety Of Mass Events, Fire Protection, Evacuation, Accessibility And - To The Extent Required For A Given Stage - The Licensing Requirements Of The Polish Football Association And The U.
