The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Project Digital Transformation Of The F. Raszeja Municipal Hospital In Poznań: Integration And Expansion Of It Systems, Digitization Of Medical Records, Cybersecurity, Ai With Access To The Central Data Repository As Part Of Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating The Processes Of Digital Transformation Of Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care Which Is An Element Of Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System Of The Kpo. The Aim Of The Project Is To Comprehensively Digitize Medical Processes And To Streamline The Functioning And Improve The Quality Of Medical Care Provided In The Hospital Through The Expansion And Integration Of The Hospital Information System (Ssi) Of The Healthcare Provider And The Implementation Of Solutions That Increase The Level Of Cybersecurity. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Takes Into Account Innovative Aspects, Consisting In The Implementation Of Modern It Solutions Supporting The Digitization Of Medical Processes, The Development Of Electronic Medical Records And Integration With Central Systems. The Implementation Of The Order Will Also Contribute To Reducing Paper Consumption And Improving Document Circulation, Which Has A Positive Impact On The Environment. The Nature Of The Contract Does Not Justify The Introduction Of Separate Social Aspects. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Information, Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), Which Constitutes Its Integral Part. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose Any Restrictions As To The Origin Of The Contractor Or The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Market Availability And Participation In This Procedure. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Order To Be Divided Into Parts (Packages). The Subject Of The Order Is One Functionally And Technologically Coherent Project, Including The Expansion And Update Of The His Class System, Digitization Of Medical Records, Integration With Central Systems (P1, Cez) And The Delivery And Migration Of The Database. Individual Elements Of The Order Are Closely Interconnected And Interdependent At The Stage Of Design, Implementation, Integration And Subsequent Operation. Dividing The Order Into Parts Could Result In: • A Risk Of Lack Of Full Technological Compatibility Between Individual System Components, • An Increase In Integration And Organizational Risk, • Dispersion Of Responsibility For The Proper Implementation And Functioning Of The Entire Solution, • A Threat To The Timely Implementation Of The Project Resulting From The Schedule Of The National Reconstruction Plan. In The Ordering Partys Opinion, The Lack Of Division Of The Order Does Not Restrict Competition, But Ensures Correct, Timely And Safe Execution Of The Order And Compliance With The Requirements Of The Kpo Competition. 5. The Ordering Party Provides For Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Presenting A Variant Offer. 7. The Ordering Party Allows
